Bruh this man literally stopped and reversed time for bout 5 mins, now I know he probably can't do that again right away, and since he had to fight his way through dude minions he worn out his power a lil. However he should be able to muster up some power to shadow step toward his sis rescue her, and still be able to beat the dog sh1t outta the bastard.

Exactly but my guess is he is the Main Antagonist and their plot power only runs out when the MC plot is to kill them. MA vs MC next episode we will find out.
